THE CHALLENGE

Our client had plans to introduce a new Salesforce platform to replace disparate management tools. Due to the challenges caused by a major integration and historical difficulties implementing similar projects, it needed help in making sure staff would accept the changes.

THE ENGAGEMENT

Practicus delivered Change Management support, including a Communications Plan, Dependencies Map and Training Strategy – all of which were pivotal for staff buy-in. Critically, Practicus also identified and managed a Change Network that would act as a positive influence for staff as changes were rolled out.

THE OUTCOME

The Change Network has been central to the change strategy and has positioned our client well to take on future IT projects with buy-in from across the business.
