Traditionally, all passenger information on-board this airline’s aircraft was held on paper. The company understood the advantages offered by electronic devices, but needed Change Management support to help realise the benefits.
Practicus conducted a Change Impact Assessment and then delivered a business case including financial information and proposed benefits. The team also supported change planning, training, communications and business readiness through to full roll-out.
The new digital service offers a more personalised on-board service, as well as the ability to share information with other crew members. Practicus’s support helped airline staff to fully embrace the new ways of working and adjust to the changes made.
