QUALITY ASSURANCE BEYOND THE CONTRACT
The Practicus CSD will create and manage an Outcome Delivery Assurance Charter (ODAC) for each engagement.
The ODAC is a simple and serious commitment to meeting and exceeding your expectations. It defines how together we will measure performance to assess:
- Our promises – We measure our delivery in relation to the key client focused dimensions of our Outcome Delivery Proposition and Promises; for example, the depth and quality of the domain knowledge we deploy on behalf of our clients
- Client’s wider success – We measure our delivery against our clients wider definition of the successful delivery of their engagement; for example, achieving outstanding Board/Exec Stakeholder management
- NPS – We measure our clients likelihood of recommending us in the future and why – using the Net Promoter Score methodology
This will assist in ensuring the delivery of the desired business outcomes through the engagement, not just the contracted deliverables.
It also provides a tool for continuous improvement in all future engagements, enabling us to deliver to an even higher standard for you and work in true partnership.
