We state our purpose as helping people to navigate change – and we thought, why not help our own people too?
In the wake of the pandemic, with so many staff working from home and physically separated from the support of their colleagues, we created the Resilience programme. It got such positive feedback that it remains a fixed feature to this day.
The programme focuses on mental resilience and is a voluntary programme (i.e. no pressure to do it) but also anonymous and run externally (so you can be completely candid about your challenges and gain the benefit without any need to worry about colleagues, HR or management prying.)
