Paul Kirkham starting working in the film business in 1987 as a runner for Trillion in Soho, London. After two years, he then became assistant cameraman for Electra Film and TV, and six years later became a partner in the company and fully fledged lighting cameraman. During this time, Paul worked on Travelog for Channel Four and travelled to some very unusual places. He worked on the Lenny Henry Show, with Chris Morris on Brass Eye and a variety of other high profile programmes.
In 1999 Paul became a freelance cameraman and since this time has worked on many travel programmes and property programmes. He also filmed a series of programmes on some of the great country houses of England and made weather programmes for the Discovery and National Geographic Channels.
