The 10-year partnership between North East Lincolnshire Council and Balfour Beatty started on Thursday, July 1, 2010 with approximately 300 NELC staff transferring to Balfour Beatty.
The multi-million pound partnership means Balfour Beatty will be working alongside the council in the planning and delivery of physical regeneration, property and technical services in North East Lincolnshire.This is the story of the partnership's mobilisation and the role played by Practicus in supporting this challenging transition.
