When you join Practicus we offer a full induction programme alongside an in-house Training and Development Academy that provides continuous professional development.
During this Academy you will learn about what is expected of you at each stage of your job. This will include a Competency Framework where you listen in to calls, hear from people in the business, role plays with your Line Manager where you'll have an opportunity to sharpen up your skills in a safe, friendly environment as well as a review session at the end of the week.

Throughout your Practicus career, we will continue to train all employees which can include one to one coaching, mentoring, Positive Psychology training and other in house training courses.
We also have quarterly Performing for Success reviews to ensure that all staff are achieving their full potential both professionally and personally.
