THE CHALLENGE

Seeking to differentiate its health claims experience, this global insurer planned a large scale technical and business transformation. Practicus was asked to help.

Practicus supported the COO and Claims Operations team to assess the business’ current health claims operating model. With a full understanding of ‘as-is’ processes’, Practicus helped deliver a business case outlining the people, process and systems required to deliver against its vision.
