Supporting a regional CRM implementation

THE CHALLENGE

Our insurance client understood the productivity and reporting benefits associated with rolling out a cloud-based Lead Management System for the mobile workforce of its Bancassurance division. Salesforce was selected for this purpose, and Practicus was asked to help drive effective implementation.

THE ENGAGEMENT

The Practicus team gathered business processes and requirements, defined the solution design and planned the subsequent implementation phase. The team also helped the client with deployment, employee training and the creation of playbooks that are now being leveraged to launch the same platform across other ASEAN countries.

THE OUTCOME

By supporting the roll out, Practicus helped increase the client’s sales productivity and real-time reporting. In turn, this enabled the client to track savings and extract more value from its sales teams. The implementation was so successful that it became a blueprint for rapid deployment to other regions.
