Preparing new insurance products for digital launch
To prosper in Hong Kong and China’s fast growing market and rapidly changing environment (including customer needs, regulation and financial market trends), this leading global insurer needed a dynamic product launch roadmap that would satisfy both distributors and customers.
Practicus was asked to support the launch of two new insurance products. Whilst delivering the launch, the team demonstrated a high level of leadership and engagement with both working level teams and the client’s C-Levels. This empathy and flexibility allowed the team to overcome various challenges encountered as part of delivery, including extremely aggressive timelines, busy stakeholders and a non-flexible IT environment.
Practicus successfully coordinated the rapid launch of both products. Testament to the team’s success, one of the new products was granted ‘Most Innovative Product/Service Award’ by the ‘Hong Kong Insurance Awards’ in 2015.
