Two leading insurers had planned to form a strategic partnership to reap the benefits of collaboration. It needed support to investigate the feasibility of a partnership, which included the merging of digital distribution and omni-channel strategies.
As part of the feasibility study, the Practicus team offered support in business analysis, technical architecture and financial modelling as well as insurance expertise to give a full view of the various facets in the proposal. Our team both facilitated and presented the input gathered from both parties.
At the end of the study, the team produced a detailed financial and operational proposal that aided decision-making between the two insurers. Practicus’ work allowed the companies to consider the viability and logistics of a long term partnership.
