Developing an elite global medical plan
This global insurer wanted to develop a worldwide elite medical product targeting top-tier and HNW customers, to be sold through an exclusive Bancassurance distribution network.
Practicus managed the product development by leading both onshore and offshore projects and teams. With changes required to the systems and business processes of four different companies, the programme was complex. As a result, meeting facilitation, communication and senior stakeholder management has been critical to manage the expectations of the steering committee, consisting of 5 ExComm members.
The worldwide elite medical product has been successfully developed and is due to be launched on target.
