Preparing the market for competition opening
Support the opening of the non-household water market by designing and managing a programme of work to establish shared services for the new market participants.
Practicus was asked to structure the programme through an appropriate target operating model and processes. Once implemented, Practicus then took ownership of programme and project management, governance, industry engagement and facilitation as well as programme support.
