Following the announcement of a multinational technology company’s acquisition of a major telecommunications company, Practicus was engaged to support the integration of their previously separate HR functions.
Both companies recognised that there was a need to unify their HR functions to support their large employee base.
Practicus worked to implement software and data warehousing in order to ease the integration of data, systems and processes.
