Supporting HR Transformation.
The leadership team recognised that to stay at the forefront of the market, the way it managed talent would need improvement. So it embarked on an international HR Transformation engaging Practicus to support delivery.
This programme was about a fundamental shift in the way HR delivered services in different countries. It involved creating greater ability to foster talent, more flexible management and outsourcing transactional HR functions. It required considerable business process re-engineering, systems change and behavioural/cultural change.
The team galvanised HR, creating a common way of working and an HR business partnering model which could support the unique needs of each country. It established a global platform for HR information and new self-serve capabilities for staff.
