The aim of this executive roundtable panel discussion was to bring together leading executives from across financial services and other exemplar industries to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by digital channels as a source of competitive advantage.

The topic for the panel was how to achieve competitive advantage through multichannel coherence and speed to market in the digital space. The discussion was focussed on leveraging innovation, multi-channel customer experience and strategic relationships in the context of a challenging regulatory environment.

The event was held on 3 July 2012 at One Moorgate Place, London, and was attended by selected top management talent principally drawn from the UK financial services industry.
