Practicus has a dedicated Quality Assurance function with a full time Head of Quality and several team members. We are really passionate about the quality of our processes. In fact, they form a key component of the founder's original vision.
The Quality Assurance function conducts regular quality checks around systems and processes – focusing on the business management and assignment management aspects of the recruitment process so important to our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, the extensive monitoring of such processes as:
• due diligence
• capturing client requirements
• relationship management
• performance against client SLAs and KPIs
• management of content, e.g. business calls, emails, fax
• eMarketing, covering both quality and safety of content
• networking
• candidate qualification
• candidate management
• feedback management
In fact, all aspects of the assignment lifecycle are monitored to ensure that all system and process work is followed correctly. All quality audit checks are then followed up after a 30 day period to ensure that all corrective actions have been implemented and that the correct processes are being followed.
All findings are detailed in a comprehensive report and a debrief is given both to the individual being audited and to the General Manager of the division – with an individual action plan implemented. The findings are also delivered at the monthly Business Performance Review meeting.
