Now Non Executive Chairman, Jason was Practicus’s CEO until 2014. He began his career in Financial Services where he had P&L ownership from the age of 21. Jason moved from operations to project management with GE Capital and projects included the relocation of an acquisition from Sydney to Melbourne in Australia. This involved process analysis and business process outsourcing to India, which in the late 90s was still a relatively new trend. This opened his eyes to the challenges organisations face during periods of change. Ultimately, it was these experiences that led to the creation of Practicus in 2004. In 2008, Jason was the Institute of Directors’ Young Director of the Year.
Jason earned his pilots licence the same age (17) that most of his friends were failing their driving tests. He’s also a keen snowboarder, but has yet to combine the two.
